Greetings and Salutations. You can call me Miss Peaches.


I created BossMommie.com to document, motivate and teach during my Blogging, Fitness, and Self Development Journey. You get to be a part of the things I discover and learn. It's all a journey. I am learning just like you are, I just bring it here to share so you can know when I do.


I love written expression. I am also an information junkie. If I could do anything for free forever it would be research and write. So I choose



blogging is a hobby that can eventually become a full time job. You can learn from me how


Self Development never ends. The more I learn, the more I love it. I love who I have become as well as who I am becoming. I am very big on boundaries. So I express that a lot in my content. Just to remind you that you are kind hearted and deserve respect too.


I have learned, that just like self development, a fitness journey never ends either. Originally, this blog was supposed to be about my fitness journey because of my history with yo yo dieting. Digging deeper will have you notice that it goes beyond food. You need a community and accountability (or a coach) to help you to stay on track. It really makes a difference for people like us.


The hardest part for me is when I fall off and come back fat again & I display all of my rolls for motivation and accountability.

I will do it again and again until I get it right because somebody will need my story to help them keep going. 

It's very much giving: 

Toxic relationship. 

Mainly because I feel like the friend who keeps going back after complaining. Then somehow keeps coming back with bruises, and ends up in an endless cycle.

Being who and how I am, I don't know how I ended up in a toxic cycle with myself. (but, I digress)


It is January again. This is the year 2024. After summer 2023 I put a few pounds back on. After that, I have just been waiting for a bunch of tomorrows to really restart. Still training but not meal-prepping yet. All the way until the new year and now feeling guilty, angry, and embarrassed again.


To do the same thing repeatedly, expecting the result to be different is insane. Here's what is different this time:


  • I am seeing a therapist to get to the root of my issues. My weight has been going up and down for as long as I can remember, and I want to know how deep my issue goes. This way I can tackle the problem at the root.

  • I created Boss Fitness. Boss Fitness is a free Facebook Group for those of us who would love to be a part of this community. We are a family of non-judgmental people on a fitness journey. This is a place where we share tips and advice about our fitness journey. We share our journey, recipes, and exercise tips, and motivate each other. 

  • I have also created the 'Mindset Wellness Workshop'.  This is a 30-day accountability program. I created activities to help you if you have a hard time being consistent with your goals.  I wish I had been able to find a group like this at the beginning of my journey. It would have saved me from going backward and starting over so many times. 



Part 2024 of my journey proceeds. I am doing things a little differently. Come join the Wellness Mindset Group. We have 30-day Zoom meeting-style sessions. We participate in sessions and activities to help you stay motivated and consistent with anything you are trying to do.  It costs $147 a month. We meet 4 days a week for an hour. They are usually early morning sessions but sometimes we have evening sessions as well. Check the website for days and times.
