Baked Salmon and Green Beans

"You Can't Buy Happiness But You Can Buy Salmon"





Baked Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 4 oz salmon fillets

  • Seasoning of your choice

  • Bake in a pan with water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Place the salmon in a pan with water, not high enough to cover the salmon

  3. Squeeze the lemon over the salmon, then season to the taste of your desire.

Frozen Green Beans


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (16 oz) of frozen green beans

  • A pot of water

Instructions:


  1. Cover the skillet and let the green beans cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The green beans should be heated through but still crisp.

  2. Season with the seasoning that you desire.

  3. Serve the green beans hot as a side dish.
